Regular membership is open to all foster, adoptive, and relative families residing in Jackson County, currently certified by DHS/Child Welfare within the last five years, and your certification has not been revoked or surrendered. Membership is open to foster families certified through agencies such as DHS/CW, Oregon Youth Authority, SOCSTC and Lithia Springs.
